How can I change or cancel my order ?
Order change timeframe
In order to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, we have a limited window to change or cancel orders.
- Online shipped orders: 30 minutes to change or cancel your order
- Store or Curbside Pick Up: 15 minutes to change or cancel your order
- Same-Day Delivery: 15 minutes to change or cancel your order
How can I track my order ?
Your Tracking Number will be sent to you by e-mail after your order is shipped or you can track it from your account page.
Returns
What is ZeFash Return Policy ?
We offer a 30-day return policy for our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused and undamaged item with its original packaging and tags within 30 days of receipt, and we will process your refund with no return shipping fee. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
How long does it take for my store refund to be credited?
Once we receive your mailed return in store, we’ll process your credit immediately. If you’ve provided us with an email address, we’ll email you once your return has been received and your credit has been processed.
Note: Your credited refund may take a few days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
